Here's just a little bit of information about who we are at Crossroads…

Crossroads Christian Fellowship of Victor has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our primary goal is to follow and fulfill the Great Commandment by loving God and loving others (Matthew 22:37-38; Mark 12:30-31).

We are a non-denominational church, however we see the value in connecting and cooperating with other like-minded churches. Because of this, we are affiliated with the Berean Fellowship of Churches (BFC). You’re invited to find out more about BFC at www.weareberean.org

We believe that Christian fellowship is based upon His (Agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.

We warmly welcome people from all walks of life.

MISSION, VISION, & VALUES

Mission Statement

Loving God, Loving Others, Serving the World

Our Mission is based on:

            The Great Commandments

37 And He said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the great and [a]foremost commandment. 39 The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’

Matthew 27:37-39

            The Great Commission

19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

            Matthew 28:19-20

Vision
To lead individuals and families to know God through equipping them to build genuine growing relationships with Jesus Christ by providing contemporary worship and solid practical teaching from God's Word. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, our aim is to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ and to bring hope through the transforming power of the Gospel to a lost and dying world.

Core Values
Family: Families are the initial grouping that God designed and are the primary place where God intends for evangelism, discipleship and mentoring to take place. We are committed to teach families, provide families with tools, facilitate programs for families, emphasize God's design for marriage and work to develop healthy families.

People: People are more important than schedules, programs, polished performances or spilled coffee. Intimate relationships are vital to personal growth. Because people are important and relationships are vital, we will encourage people to build intimate relationships with others in the body. This includes the “unchurched.” The “unchurched” are so important that we will purposely accept people “where they are,” believing that God will transform their lives. This impacts how we do church, what we emphasize, how we love people, the words we use and our emphasis on world evangelism. Reaching the "unchurched" is the heartbeat of God. We will do what pleases Him. This means deliberate effort locally in the Bitterroot Valley, across America, and throughout the world.

Community Influence: The local church is the hope of the world, “the salt of the earth and a light set on a hill.” We purposefully look for ways to positively affect the communities around us.

Worship and instruction in the Word: Worship and instruction in the Word are the primary tools that God has chosen to use at Crossroads to reach people and grow people. We are committed to the full use of these two tools. We are committed to understanding and practicing worship “in spirit and in truth.” We are committed to upholding the timeless truths of God's Word without adding to the Word of God. We are also committed to teaching God's Word at every level in a way that is understandable and relevant. We understand that obedience to God's Word is mandatory and not optional. We understand that it is through obedience to God's Word that God is able to bless the church and that God receives the greatest glory.

Prayer: We are committed to prayer. Jesus said “part from me you can do nothing.” God is our source. Total dependence upon God brings about the “abundant life” that Jesus taught about. We must pray as if everything we do depends upon God.
